  • Create a roadmap for achieving these goals, taking into account market analysis, competitive situation and growth opportunities.
  • Continuously monitor and adjust the strategic plan as needed.
Financial management:
  • We have implemented sound financial management practices, including budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
  • We carried out key financial metrics to ensure the financial soundness of the company and make informed decisions based on the financial statements.
Operations and Service Delivery:
  • We oversaw the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective services.
  • This includes managing resources, improving processes, ensuring quality control, and implementing performance measures to measure and improve operational efficiency.
HR:
  • Manage the company’s workforce, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement human resource policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and promote a positive work culture.
Sales and marketing:
  • We developed and implemented sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
  • This includes market research, product/service positioning, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and customer relationship management.

  • We kept abreast of technological developments relevant to the company’s industry and ensure the evaluation and implementation of technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance service delivery, and support innovation within the organization.
